Terms & Fees

Here you can find all the terms and conditions for using your Direct Express® card, as well as a breakdown of the fees associated with using it. Terms and fees differ depending on who issued your card. Fifth Third Bank cards have text on the back that reads, "This card is issued by Fifth Third Bank." Comerica Bank cards have the Comerica logo on the front.

*The cardholder can request this service any time after receiving the debit card.
**For each federal government deposit to your card account, Direct Express® will waive the fee for one ATM cash withdrawal in the U.S. The fee waiver earned for that deposit expires on the last day of the following month in which the deposit was credited to the card account.
